Down-Dirty.com was founded by Kimberly A. Colgate in 2001. Ms. Colgate possesses her Juris Doctorate, as well as, her Master in Taxation. She was a law professor for 17 years and a national lecturer for West Bar Review. Her lectures were taped and distibuted to students who could not attend the live lectures. Students learned the rules from carefully scripted and presented videos. She then began preparing video tapes and workbooks for
her clients, thus empowering them to make educated decisions. When Professor Colgate consults with clients, she cuts to the chase, lays down the rules, and recommends a plan of action. Legal battles, including divorce, are about being prepared. |
